Evening Goalkeeper Courses (all ages)

Goalkeepers of all ages and abilities can attend any of our evening courses across the East Anglia area. Our courses are dedicated to helping keepers learn, improve and develop.

Price: £33 for six sessions


School Holiday Goalkeeper Courses (ages 6 to 16)

#1 Goalkeeping runs day courses during school holidays this involves a full day of goalkeeper coaching involving specific technical training, small sided goalkeeping games and a general insight into goalkeeping. The day courses are designed to develop all the aspects of goalkeeping in a fun environment.

Price: £18 per day


One to One Goalkeeper Coaching (all ages)

One to one sessions allows goalkeepers to progress further and quicker with our dedicated and experienced coaches on a one on one basis.

Price: £50 per session (venue must be provided)


Club Goalkeeper Coaching (all ages)

A great way to ensure that your clubs goalkeepers are ready for the weekends games is by having a member of the #1 Goalkeeping staff visit them at your football club. We work hard to ensure that whatever age or abilities, they all have dedicated coaching in order to help improvement and development.

Price: £50 per session (maximum of 10 goalkeepers)


Pre Season Goalkeeper Coaching (ages 13 to adults)

The pre season goalkeeper coaching is designed to incorporate all aspects of goalkeeping with sessions involving lots of power and explosive work, handling, footwork, technique improvement and co-ordination.

Price: £22 for four sessions


School partnership / After School Coaching

This is to teach classes / groups the main aspects and techniques of goalkeeping during or after school hours.

College & University Goalkeeper Coaching

This is to provide colleges or university football teams with a specialist fully qualified goalkeeper coach in order to develop and progress there goalkeepers.

Disability Goalkeeper Coaching (all ages)

#1 Goalkeeping are providing opportunities for disabled people of all ages and abilities. We can attend any club coaching sessions or set up a regular weekly course depending on requirements.
